How It All Works

You submit your application and we place you into the cohort best suited for your industry and experience.

Cohorts are small groups of 5 women who meet with the Alliance Founders for a monthly in-person mastermind sessions. YES your gourmet lunch is always included!

Monthly meetings are always the same day/time in the month (i.e. third Thursday of the month).

We follow a proprietary and structured meeting format. Don't worry, only minimal homework required each month! But our members do understand "you get what you give" with this step.

Throughout the year you have the opportunity to attend any and every Community event, the Winnipeg Women's Conference, and any additional curated experiences added in along the way.
